Although Tiffany have always been physically active in many individual and group sports, while in college she began participating in a variety of yoga styles, focusing on Hatha, Vinyasa and Bikram yoga. She found yoga to be a great addition to her exercise regimen and later added meditation. She was very enthused about the positive effects her practice had on her body and her psyche. Later she was involved in several serious accidents, and rediscovered the healing benefits of a yoga practice. Tiffany decided that bringing this healing aspect into others’ lives was the life work she was being called to do. Tiffany wanted to share her positive energy and bring physical and psychological relief to others. It was at this point that she began many formal studies, Tiffany holds a MBA, and began her Yoga Journey receiving her 200 Teacher Training Hatha – Vinyasa certification. Tiffany has been sharing her love for mindful awareness ever since.
